Bringing real history — students whose admission numbers are already printed on ID cards and report cards? Send us your legacy export and our team runs it through a record-by-record verification pass. Your existing admission numbers are preserved, not replaced. We won't promise you a turnaround time — every school's data is a different shape, and pretending otherwise is how records get lost. What we will promise: nothing goes in blind. Each record in your file is compared against what your account already holds, and comes back with one of four statuses.
Only records marked New are committed automatically. Everything else waits for a human decision. That's the whole design: nothing gets duplicated, nothing gets dropped, and nothing that already exists gets quietly overwritten — and you can see what happened to every single row.
