The tier decides which modules you get. These come with all of them — a ₹45,000 Starter school gets the same treatment as an Enterprise group.

The 20% AMC, explained plainly
AMC stands for Annual Maintenance Contract — 20% of your license price, from year two. On Starter that's ₹9,000 a year; on Growth at ₹1,25,000 it's ₹25,000. It keeps your system running and supported — it isn't a fee for using features you already own.

Why one-time + AMC, and not monthly SaaS
A per-student meter punishes growth. Add 200 students in admission season and your software bill jumps — even though the software didn't change. We think that's backwards.

Yes. Cross a student-count threshold or open a new branch and you can upgrade any time. The difference between what you've paid and the higher tier's price is prorated for the time remaining — call us and we'll work out the number together.
20% of your original license price, every year from year two onward. It doesn't creep up because your student count grew — the license fee already accounted for your tier's range.
We scope it and quote it separately as custom work. It's never bundled silently into your AMC or license — you see the cost before you commit.
No. The price you sign for is the price you pay — for that tier, at that scope. Everything's confirmed in a signed agreement before any payment changes hands.
